  • Middle School Girls (4th - 8th)

    March 29 – June 28, 2025

    A fun, confidence-building journey for middle school girls!

    This three-month group coaching experience is designed to empower, encourage, and equip young girls as they navigate this exciting stage of life. We’ll meet three times a month for interactive group sessions and include one-on-one coaching every other week for personalized support.

    Together, we’ll explore:

    — Building strong, healthy friendships

    — Managing social media in this day and age

    — Developing a positive body image and self-worth

    — Learning key life skills to thrive in school and beyond

    — Understanding your body as a woman and menstrual cycle with confidence

    This group is rooted in Christian values and set in a safe, uplifting environment. This program is designed to help each girl grow, learn, and thrive—all while having fun and making lasting friendships.

  • Fitness & Nutrition Mindset for Lasting Change

    August 2 – August 30, 2025

    Break free from diet culture and build a healthy, confident relationship with food, fitness, and your body.

    This four-week group coaching experience is designed to help you let go of harmful societal pressures and embrace a mindset that supports lasting, sustainable change. Together, we’ll shift the focus from restriction and negativity to balance, nourishment, and self-care.

    Through this program, you’ll learn how to:

    — Release the guilt and frustration tied to food and exercise

    — Build a healthier mindset around fitness and nutrition

    — Let go of unrealistic societal expectations and embrace your body

    — Develop tools and habits that support long-term well-being

    — Cultivate self-love and confidence in a way that truly lasts

    With practical strategies, supportive coaching, and a community of encouragement, you’ll walk away feeling strong, empowered, and at peace with your body.
