
How Does Coaching With Me Work?
After your free 15 minute intro session, we'll create a plan tailored to you. I typically recommend scheduling 6 - 12 sessions, either weekly or biweekly, for consistent accountability, encouragement, and results. However, you can also book on a session-by-session basis!
