This group coaching program is designed to help you break free from the grips of diet culture and cultivate a healthier, more positive relationship with food, fitness, and your body. Together, we’ll focus on shifting our mindset, letting go of harmful societal pressures, and embracing lasting, sustainable changes.

Through this program, I will provide tools, practices, and support to help you heal from negative self-talk and build a balanced approach to fitness and nutrition. You’ll gain the confidence to take care of your body in ways that feel nourishing and empowering, while developing a mindset that supports long-term well-being and self-love.
